Mindfulness allows one to slow down and move from reactivity to wise responding. The Savor Your Life CD's will support you to reconnect with what really matters in your life, presence. Carley Hauck, MA, is the President of Intuitive Wellness where she works as a wellness consultant and integrative life coach with individuals and organizations to help support healthy, happy, and productive lives. Carley holds a Masters in Health Psychology and has been practicing meditation and yoga for over 14 years. Carley has been a lead consultant in several studies observing the long term benefits of mindfulness applied to weight loss, stress reduction, and the prevention of Type 2 diabetes. Additionally, Carley is a graduate of of Spirit Rock's Dedicated Practitioners Program and holds certifications in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness Based Eating (MBEAT). Carley teaches on the topics of Mindfulness and Well being, Food as Medicine, Becoming a better you, and Happiness at Stanford University.
