Album Notes
The second WindWater album, given its first public release 10 years after creation, captures the band at a peak of their creative teamwork. A blending of David Belmont's guitar melodies and orchestrations (including the debut of the world dobro), Josh Neretin's percussion grooves (both fiery live playing and composed loops), MIchael Visceglia's soulful bass lines, and a dash of cello work from Michelle Kinney. The record is a symphony in 3 movements, mixed with glistening aplomb and brilliant (dare I say, psychedelic) color by Charles Stella under the watchful, arranging eye of Daniel Wyatt. Recorded in the magical, large live room of Dubway Studios (thanks Al Houghton) in NYC. A spectacular follow up to the radio-friendly WindWater Excursions. Enjoy!!!
