Hello! I'm Adam, I’m a solo artist, guitarist in the U.K I play live well over a hundred times every year, largley in East Anglia, but have played all over the world, appeared on BBC National TV and Radio, and Sky TV. I record my own music whenever I can and have some pretty cool music available.

I picked up guitar when I was 11, inspired by a friend who made toy guitars out of cardboard, and have played every day since. Like lots of kids my age, I taped rock tunes off Top 40 radio and was inspired by All About Eve, The Mission, Tom Petty, Def Leppard, and all sorts of cool guitar music. When I was about ten, I saw a video of Dave Stewart with The Eurythmics playing live in Australia. He was fantastic! He had a long, leather coat, a blonde perm and a black Fender Stratocaster. I retained only the latter influence. On top of this, I heard Trever Rabin's clean little guitar break in Yes's Owner of a Lonely Heart and was totally transfixed, I still think this is one of the best moments of guitar music every committed to tape.

When I saw Steve Vai and Joe Satriani on T.V. at the Expo ’92 show in Seville I got very excited. I had to know how all that wonderful stuff was done, play very fast and make my own exotic guitar music. When I saw Pink Floyd live at Earl’s Court in 1994 I got even more excited and slowed down a lot… which was probably quite healthy.

In 1999 I heard the double-trio formation of King Crimson, was blown away, and over the next eight years attended Robert Fripp’s Guitar Craft seminar programme on and off in the USA, UK and Spain. There really is nothing like it. In 2007, 2009 and 2014 I visited Mattias IA Eklundh’s Freak Guitar Camp, just outside Gothenburg, Sweden to get my metal chops moving.

Now I'm a little older and my playing has mellowed/mutated into a kind of rock-country-folk-metal hybrid... thing.
