Annie Sims

Annie Sims has released two country CDs, winning a DisCovery Award for her single, "80 Acres of Stars," from Country Music Historian/Music Row Magazine critic Robert K. Oermann, who stated, "... Her sweet, languid and crystal-clear vocal is perfect for this tuneful romance. Very, very pretty."

Annie has toured extensively in Europe, including two UK tours as a country artist and a five-week, eight-country tour as musical guest artist for best-selling author and speaker, Neale Donald Walsch. She is featured on his website, recommended in his book 'Home With God', and was commissioned by him to write a song to accompany his book, 'When Everything Changes, Change Everything'. Walsch says of Annie: "Country song stylist Annie Sims has recorded some very special music, including songs inspired directly by her experience of 'Conversations With God'. The achingly beautiful 'Go Within,' is a deeply moving example. The only problem with Annie is her hands are too small, because when she sings, she has the whole audience in the palm of her hand, and her hands are too small!"

Annie was Music Director of the Music City Center for Spiritual Living for four years, and founder and president of the first city-wide chapter of the Positive Music Association while living in Nashville.

She currently resides with her husband, composer/producer Greg Sims in LA, where she continues to perform at spiritual centers and as Christine McVie in the Fleetwood Mac tribute band, "Twisted Gypsy."
