Darrell Arnold and the Buffalo Fish

Darrell Arnold's compositions are soulful folk-rock, with a twist of country blues. Darrell now lives in Surfside, FL, where he regularly plays his own material and as part of the Sarah Jacob Trio.

Darrell lived in Germany in the 1990s and early 2000s, working there into the club scene and playing as opening act for Canned Heat, Eric Burdon and the New Animals and for two tours of The Yardbirds. In 2002, he won a German national prize for CD production of the Year with the German Pop and Rock Music Association with the Dead Buffaloes. Two recordings from Darrell Arnold and the Buffalo Fish are available here. "Fish Out of Water" is from 2006. Darrell arranged and recorded these songs with Klaus Marner, who produced the album and plays drum and percussions, Guido Lehmann, guitars, and Sven Frannsen, bass. "Underwater" is from 2005. It features Darrell and Klaus, along with Constantin Petrescu on guitar and keys, as well as Deddi Koehne on bass.
