David Abramsky

David is a cellist, pianist and composer currently living in the San Francisco bay area. He is a Messianic Jewish Christian and most of his music reflects his believe in the Jewish Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus). He and his wife, Joanie, lead worship at Brit Hadasha (New Covenant) Messianic Fellowship in Walnut Creek, California.

David was classically trained on piano since age 8, cello since age 12. His compositions have been published including hymns. David wrote the official theme music for the 1995 Nordic World Ski Championships, held in beautiful Thunder Bay, Ontario (where David lived for nine years). He co-wrote the official song for those games as well.

David has 3 instrumental CDs available: "A World of Good" 1997, "Clothed in Gladness" 2004, and "Revive The Heart" 2011. He was composer/collaborator/singer on several tracks of the CD "Never Forget" from Jews for Jesus. David's cello playing appears on many other artists' projects including, Steve Koven, Michelle Gold, Diane Chase, Sean Hogan, Val Leroy, Country Music Television "O Holy Night" which includes Michael Burgess, Jamie Warren, Kyn and Krazy House.

His arrangement of the famous hymn, "Be Thou My Vision", has been turned into a YouTube video with almost 1,000,000 views to date. Sheet music of the arrangement is also available for purchase through
