Eden White

Eden White originally hails from Cape Cod, Massachusetts and is now a New York-based singer/songwriter. She attended Tufts University and began touring clubs in New York City in 1993 where she earned a cult following. In 1996, Eden served as the musical director of School House Rock, Live! Off-Broadway at the Atlantic Theatre, which then had an additional run at the Lamb’s Theatre in Times Square. During this time she continued touring throughout the Northeast and released an EP titled Here I Am, which Billboard Magazine called “gratefully poetic but direct,” and a “laid-back cross between Sheryl Crow and Tori Amos.” White eventually caught the attention of Zero Hour who released her debut album, This is the Way, to critical acclaim.

White went on to with the Levi’s Lilith Fair Acoustic Talent Search in New York, opening for Sarah McLachlan in Bryant Park, NYC and the tour at Jones Beach Theater. She released her second album, What Really Matters, in 2000 under Delirium Records and continued to tour and receive radio airplay throughout the Northeast. White is now married and the mother of two daughters though she continues to release singles and play benefit shows in New York.
