This one-square-mile hi-tech real estate development once targeted for Compton, California is now planned for Bahir Dar, Ethiopia. Minchu (The Source) is the name of the proposed city. However, many Ethiopians know the project as "The Real Wakanda." Says, Rickie, “ Ethiopia is the birthplace of human kindness and technology and it is my privilege to support this vision of MINCHU that will bring stunning beauty, progressive technologies, conscious commerce and of course… creativity and the celebration of culture in the place where it all began.”

So what becomes of a woman who has done so much for so many for so long? She lifts into her greater yet to be with a powerful resolve that she will “Land in Love Again.” That song and others from her latest album, “MY OH MY, TIME TO FLY,” are musical testimonies of what it takes to be a woman in today’s world. Says Rickie, “It takes alignment in something greater than you can see, it takes faith in the unbelievable good that is waiting for you to learn to receive it, and it takes laughter, because for real… you will make a fool of yourself from time to time, but that’s okay. The lessons you are learning are the lessons you CAME to learn in order to elevate your destiny by truly expressing your gifts.”
