Victor Nesrallah

As an artist I believe one should tell the stories of life’s simple truths otherwise your songs will fail to ring true with audiences, I have always told the experience from the other side of the fence and tried to say what I felt was needed to be said. Topics range from the emotional, to the political and the songs on “Collections Roots World, Folk Blues “showcase my musical diversity as well as the power of collaboration, (see liner notes).
Comparisons range from "Clapton's acoustic unplugged to the fingerstyle of Merle Travis pickin ala Mississippi John Hurt" . Some critics have branded my world beat comps on" Blood From the Stone" as reminiscent of Peter Gabriel's "Real World ". Although diverse in styles my strong suit remains Americana and all things "Roots".
