Yukiko Shimbo

Yukiko Shimbo was born in Tokyo. She started lerning piano at age 4. She graduates from the vocal depertment of Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. In 1997, she debuted in concert with José Van Dam. Then she sang in Operas like "Dido and Aeneas", "Les contes d'Hoffman" etc. In France, Belgium, Austria and Finland she has sung many concerts, Oratorios and Cantatas sa solist such as in "Matthews Passion" by J.S. Bach and "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orf. She gives also recitals in Japan and Brussels.

Nicolas Van Nuijs started lerning piano at the age of eight. He studied at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels with Alexandre De Groote and Filip Nicolai. He was laureate of the FLAME international piano competition and Scriabin competition in Paris. He was invited at Tempio Music Festival in Roma and performed also in Belgium, France, Italy and Japan.
