Album Notes
The exercises on this CD combine the science of two well- researched treatments: mindfulness meditation and biofeedback. Mindfulness-based meditation helps create the space for change to be possible. Biofeedback provides the avenue for modification through self-regulation. On your journey you will be guided through specific methods to help you quiet your mind, find greater clarity, discover the wisdom you have gained through your life experiences, and harness your own healing power. You will be instructed in simple breathing techniques that will help you navigate the process of relaxation and learn how to bring your body back to a state of balance.

Mindfulnes Based Biofeedback: Advanced Practice Visualizations Review
I enjoyed this CD very much. Mentally focusing on the images while meditating helped make the process much easier. I particularly enjoyed the track about visualizing a ball. I found that one to be the easiest one for me to create a vivid picture for. Overall, I would definitely recommend this CD for anyone looking to practice meditation.

I have struggled with meditation in the past because I expected it to work right away and I would get so frustrated, but I stuck with her CD's and and actually began to feel more relaxed and focus! I recommend anyone to try this, but especially college students. I wouldn't have thought it to be so helpful, but it has made me relax so much. Guided meditation can be hard at first, but I urge anyone to give this a chance.


Mindfulness-Based Biofeedback: Advanced Visualizations
I would strongly recommend this CD to anyone who has already had practice with the Audio Companion CD. I feel that this is a great extension to meditation techniques and really focuses on visualizing. I think that this CD is a chance for you to step out of your comfort zone when it comes to meditation. I found that this CD was somewhat of a challenge but in a positive way.


Very beneifical
I really enjoy the meditation, and I encourage any college student to at least try it. Even if you don't want to continue meditating, you should consider some of the procedures including focusing on your breathing and staying in the present. The guided meditations are very important for beginners and it is not particularly relaxing at first, but if you stick to it you are more than likely to see results in handling stress levels.


I recommend this product to anyone interested in mindful based biofeedback. However, if you're not very fond of meditating with instruction, this isn't for you. Dr. Klich voice may not be as soothing to you, and especially if you're not familiar already with meditation. This CD is a more advanced version than regular meditation, so you have to really focus on some instructions Dr. Klich gives throughout the track. It's still a great investment regardless, and the benefits are noticeable.


Dr. Urszula Klich has such a soothing yet powerful voice and this cd has great applications in it and really has been helping me in my day to day life to recover from physical and emotional pain. It is top notch! I highly recommend it to anyone! In fact I've recommended it to several of my colleagues. Thank you for your cd!


Love it.
To tell you the truth I listened to the exercises hoping they would make me relax. So I was listening attentively and waiting for the relaxed feeling to come. I started to get frustrated that it wasn't happening. But, somewhere along the way I found myself settling in to the calming voice. So I just let the CD play. Eventually I was carried by the gentle rhythm of the soothing nature sounds. Wow, “ is that crackling fire?” That is my new favorite sound. Overall, it’s a nice relaxation CD. It coaches you in a way that helps you develop a visual without making you picture something that’s not you, like picturing being in the mountains. As a busy mom of four kids who also works I look forward to the moments I sneak away to listen to it.
