ARCH (Abromavage, Rose, Cook and Helvey), though not playing together anymore, had been performing in and around its Louisville, Kentucky home since 2002, but its members were making their mark in the local music scene long before then.

Mark Abromavage (guitar) played for such legendary Louisville bands as Malignant Growth, Fading Out (Drag City Records), and Caroline recording artist Kinghorse, whose debut album was produced by Glenn Danzig. Abromavage is now with the critically acclaimed Decline Effect.

Alex Rose (drums) and Paul Helvey (guitar/vocals), were part of the Louisville band Adaptor.

Andy Cook (drums/percussion) has been and is still in Louisville/California groups such as Scotoseme, Scaramongo, Viking Hillbilly Apocalypse Review, Son of the Widow and your illegitimate children.

ARCH was formed by Abromavage, Helvey, Rose and Jerry Cunningham. After release of the first album, Cunningham was replaced by Cook, Rose filled in playing the bass, and Cook took over on percussion.
