Hands On

Aaron Harris, also known as Hands On, is a recording artist and producer known for creating music that gets you in the groove. His lyrics are always true to his beliefs that God is in control and our lives are subject to the Lord's rightous judgement. As a recording artist he prides himself on only making the music that he wants to make. As a producer he prides himself on being a hands on type of producer. As a matter of fact, his name came from the idea that every song ought to be a Hands On Production.

Aaron has been recording music since 2005 with the release of his first mixtape ACT ON OPPORTUNITY: The Mixtape featuring "I'm a Christian Man" and "He Got My Back." October 1, 2011 will mark the release of his fourth album titled Love Letters To My Wife featuring the single, "Number One Fan." Love Letters To My Wife will be the first Hands On album that is officially available for Digital Download at most major internet distributors and retail ready Pro-CDr purchase at CD Baby and select stores.

Aaron believes that musicians and artist should create their own artistic value and present it with passion and vision. Being creative has a price that not all are willing to pay but those who are most willing can find a way to get their work into the hands of listeners and viewers. Music is not just audible; it has colors and dimensions that allow us to see the world in a different shade.

Aaron was born February 2nd at Albert Einstein Hospital in Bronx, New York. He lived in Central Islip New York until the age of 13 when he moved with his family to Central Florida. At age 15 Aaron held his first job at the local grocery store Winn Dixie as a bagger making minimum wage of $5.15/hr. When he turned 16 he began working at The Walt Disney World Resort and has continued his employment to the present day. Aaron has always viewed his musical talents as a gift and never as a career.

"I don't know what will happen next. I have a great job and I have a great album. But I thank God for promoting me from minimum wage to a well rounded salary because I have been able to finance one of the greatest ideas that I have ever had. Holy Scribbles Ink and Hands On Music has evolved over time as I have also grown up. It doesn't matter how successful the sales are for my latest project, Love Letters To My Wife, are. If God continues to allow money to flow into my pockets I will continue to support Holy Scribbles Ink and Hands On Music. This is my business and I treat it as so!" - Hands On

If you are a fan of Hands On Music you will get to know the man behind the music very well. If you attend one of his performances or get to spend time with him in the studio you will see that his heart is bigger than his stature. You will be blessed by his music and his work ethic. Aaron is a true servant at heart.
