Kriztina Åhs & Countryfied

Kriz Rogers has produced and released two albums with 17 of her 300+ original songs in the name “Kriztina Åhs & Countryfied”. The albums are called “Kriztinacountry” and “Roads”. Both have been very well received and given great reviews in Sweden, for example in the magazine Kountry Korral and the online magazine Countrywood and the songs are being played on radio stations all over the world. The song “Singing My Blues Away” reached #15 on European Country Music Association's chart and #1 on the Swedish Närradiolistan on Folkradion and the song “Roads” was chosen to be on a Scandinavian Mr. Music’s release. Kriz has performed at major country music festivals in Sweden like Duved, Lingbo and Vemdalen and she and her band also was a backing band for the American artists Carl Mann, Rayburn Anthony and Rip Masters when they visited Sweden in 2008. In September 2008 she was one of three nominees for the title " in The Swedish Mastership of Country Music called "CountrySM". Kriz has been living in the USA since 2009 and is calling Nashville her hometown, saying "I love the way music is literally in the air here, it's almost as if you can reach out your hand and touch it." In Nashville, she has had the honor of being a performer at tribute radio shows for country music greats Glenn Tubb and for Dallas Frazier. At the later one, she was on the same line-up as Marty Raybon and David Ball. "I had to pinch myself several times to see if I was awake on that occasion", she says.

Kriz Rogers has two single releases on the Colt Records of Nashville and their first release is "Memoryville" written by the legendary songwriter Glenn D. Tubb who wrote "Home Of The Blues", "Two Story House" and "Skip A Rope". The second release is "Neon Lights And Steel Guitars', which Kriz co-wrote (with L. Ratliff) and co-produced with Danny Dunn, who toured with Charley Pride for many years.
