Cd "Atlantide Sommersa" Reviewed by Eric Lawrence:
Atlantide Sommersa is a beautifully crafted, New Age Piano instrumental album from Italian musician Roberto Santucci. This is a concept album, having the Jules Verne novel “20 Miles Alloys Under the Sea” as the inspiration for all of the songs. It is clear that Santucci feels an emotional connection to the novel, and he puts that emotion within each of these songs in a manner in which they could serve as a soundtrack to a live action version of the novel. It is also clear that Santucci is one of the better pianists in his genre, and each of these ten tracks is solid, seamless, and timeless. “Atlandide Sommersa” is well produced, and all of Santucci piano work sounds clean and professional. “White Golden Dreams” introduces the album beautifully with a rather dreamy, lulling piano progression on the high end. “Anthynea” is a song inspired by the queen of the submerged city with a lighter sound and skillful and emotional piano work that uses the entire piano, seemingly all at once. The entire album is fantastic, with a lovely lulling quality perfect for relaxation, and superb, inspired piano work from one of the best in the business. Fans of new age, piano instrumentals, and Jules Verne-inspired music should check Atlantide Sommersa out.

On March 5th 2010 he performs on another event concert at the "Sala Baldini" in Rome. In 2011he decides to perform in his beloved "Torre delle Stelle" a tourist resort, where he holds a Recital in the picturesque church of the place, source of the greatest part of all his passionate music, inspired by sea and nature and everything 'that has to do with them. In August 2006 he performed in Paris in the Church of "Magdalene". These Concerts, the most significant and important in recent times, interspersed with other executions. In January 2013 he decided to record without prior notice the last Cd : the double album "Emotions", which will be presented to the press and local television in March of that year and it is still having a sensitive success. The tour in Brazil is one of the most significant landmark in his career. Invited in 2013 by the Italian Consulate from August 13th to 29th, he held four Concerts in Salvador Bahia, presenting the public overseas not only his latest double album "Emotions" but also a program that included Beethoven, Chopin and Bach works, never to forget that, first and foremost, he is a classic pianist. The performance began on August 16th at the Academy of Music in Salvador, and then went on in the Conference room of the City of Amelia Rodrigues; he was invited next by the Italian Consulate in Salvador and ended on August 24th at the meeting room of the colony fishing island of Bom Jesus dos Passos, where, by the will of the community of fishermen, the Piano for the concert was carried on the island by one small boat!
The years 2014 and 2015 is a source of great satisfaction thanks to the various Recitals in Italy, and a Concert in Romania, in Bucharest on Easter's day. In 2016 and 2017 his performances continue in Italy and abroad. He is always invited by the various Rotary Cub International in Cagliari, but his exibitions are especially in Rome, which he considers as his second homeland and interviewed by journalists ofvarious Italian newspapers.
Near Concerts and compositions, Roberto Santucci vigorously pursues the activity of teacher of Principal Piano at the Music Liceum in Cagliari.
