Hearing Is Believing

Sweet Serenity Nominated for Whisperings album of the year!

Known for her versatility and expressive touch, Sally has been performing publicly since the age of 7. A graduate of Southern Methodist with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance, she performed in such Dallas venues as the Westin at Dallas Galleria, the Anatole, Reunion Tower, and Dallas Country Club. She has performed in Lisbon, Portugal, Malmo and Helsingborg, Sweden, Northern Spain and has fans in places as far away as Seoul, South Korea and Milan, Italy to name only a few. She was pianist/keyboardist for musicals such as The Fantasticks, Evita, Wizard of Oz and Jekyll and Hyde in Columbus, Ohio. She served for 13 years as senior organist at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Columbus.
Now living in Oak Park, IL, just west of Chicago she performs at private parties, substitutes as organist/pianist at several area chuches, including Grace Episcopal, Redeemer Lutheran and All Saints Episcopal.

She began composing music for stress reduction and relaxation in 2008 and can be heard at as well as Enlightened Piano Radio. Her 4th and latest CD, Sweet Serenity, was released late July, 2017. Her gift for melodic flow and seamless harmonic transitions is evident in every song. Her music has been compared to Mendelssohn’s Songs Without Words. Earlier recordings have been used in grief counseling and working with children coping with developmental disabilities and autism.

Recent performances include a Classical Concert featuring music by Mozart, Brahms and Gershwin as part of the Oak Park Thursday concert series, fundraiser for the Grace Lutheran/Concordia youth arts program, wedding receptions at the 19th Century Club, and a variety of private parties and concerts.
