All of the music released through cdbaby (with the exception of 'Blank Verse') was made using the 'Finale' music program (to write in the notes, and occasional use of 'Finale' sounds) then a midi file from there was played through the Virtual Grand Piano program 'Pianissimo' for the recordings.
