Tony Loeffler

Tony Loeffler is a gifted songwriter, producer, performing artist who has released 15 albums on L&A records. His music and testimony has taken him from being a “Skid Row Bum” in Chicago, IL to receiving presidential recognition for some of his music. He has traveled to Uganda, Cuba, India, Iceland, Ireland, England, Germany, France, Switzerland, Canada, Dominican Republic, and parts of the British Virgin Islands just to tell people that Jesus loves them. He is known to travel anywhere to share the greatest message this world has ever heard to all who are willing to listen. His most powerful work has been his prison ministry where he has performed for over 900,000 inmates sharing his love for the Lord.

Thirty-four years ago Tony Loeffler was a homeless and suicidal drifter eating from garbage cans. Bitter from the tragic death of both his parents, he became a hopeless drug addict. His marriage was ending. Life seemed hopeless. He was someone everyone passed by-until a Salvation Army officer gave him a place to sleep one December night in Chicago, IL – and introduced him to Jesus. He received Jesus into his heart by faith and experienced transforming life through “the Solid Rock.”

Gutsy blues --- articulate folk --- powerful R’n’B -- Tony Loeffler has been performing all three and audiences around the world couldn’t be happier!
A festival-friendly cast of mature and talented musicians (many of whom have played with Loeffler for more than 20 years) offer an exciting and entertaining set of music for all ages.

Indicative of the group’s entertainment value, Tony Loeffler performed at the (1996) 30th anniversary, (1998), (1999), (2000) and (2003) of the renowned Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland alongside some of music’s biggest names (“A major, enjoyable experience,” Loeffler humbly says) and have performed at the Cross Rhythms Festival and numerous other locations throughout England.

Known and respected for his work inside prison walls for over 30 years, Loeffler has led a powerful music ministry, the Solid Rock Evangelistic Association, where he has touched tens of thousands of hearts with God’s message of hope.

His 15 albums in 25 years on L&A Records reflect his consistent productivity.
