Tower Lights

**** Tower Lights is formerly known as First Day. The band name was changed with the release of a new album, Three One Six, in December 2017. ****

From the first day these vocalists joined forces, they have captivated and inspired audiences of all ages with their unique blend of vocal Christian music. Tower Lights is a five-man all-vocal Christian band performing a variety of musical styles from Contemporary to Southern Gospel. They feature tight harmonies, deep bass, amazing vocal percussion, and meaningful lyrics that deliver a bold style of acapella music with a strong Christian message.

In the fall of 2000, seven men gathered around a big oak tree in Northern Arkansas and began singing hymns together. All of them had grown up singing acapella in church so they just picked out parts and started to sing. After being asked by a bystander to perform at a local banquet more requests began coming in to perform at other events. It was obvious that God was working with this group of men and wanted them to use their vocal talents as a ministry. Originally going by the name First Day, they completed four studio albums. In 2017, with the release of their fifth album, Three One Six, they decided to change the band name to Tower Lights to better reflect their focus on using music to help the lost.

“God is our Strong Tower and we want our music to help light the way and guide the lost and struggling to God. Our new name helps us to keep that focus front and center.”

Since that humble beginning around the oak tree, God has continued to bless Tower Lights and use them to bless others. For over 17 years, Tower Lights has been singing about the Good News of our Lord and Savior. Driven by a passion to spread the Gospel through song they tour anywhere and everywhere uplifting crowds at churches, festivals, theme parks, cruise ships, ball rooms and even living rooms with their music. They have shared the ticket with MercyMe, tobyMac, Mark Lowry, NewSong, Fee, 33 Miles, Phil Robertson the Duck Commander, David Crowder Band, Matthew West, Jars of Clay, Lincoln Brewster and more. They have performed from Florida to California and in several foreign countries. With nearly 100 years of combined experience singing about the Gospel, Tower Lights is sure to uplift any who hear them.

“We don’t know what God has in store, but we feel blessed to be a vessel for His message!”
