Album Notes
The songs on AFTER NEW YORK were all written or completely re-tooled after I made my first visit to NYC - something I had resisted for years. It was good for me to wait and great for me to go.

These ten songs are short stories; snapshots of lives; character studies; short films; Street Fiction or just tunes. Whatever you call them, they all relate to the theme of "home" (whatever that means) and each has a POV, story and production approach that feels fresh to me.

They fill and empty my heart when I hear them and I hope they find a home with you.

(And I thank you very much for buying your music legally.)
