I can't believe that it has taken me this long to release my first CD. It is something I have always wanted to do and I hope you enjoy the music. Due to a series of constant distractions (real jobs) and chronic procrastination (fear of failure) it sure has taken me a while. This first effort includes some new songs I've just written as well as some instrumental music that I wrote decades ago. The writing, arranging, performing, and recording experience has been alot of fun. I want to thank my family for their encouragement and my Big Bamboo bandmates for their advice and expertise throughout this process. Special thanks to Dave and John for playing such great solos - you guys are the best! For more information on the CD and performance schedules, check out my website at www.eric-ellis.com. Thanks.
