Relaxing into any situation
I have been impacted by these Mindfulness Meditation recordings. As a teacher, it has been rewarding coming back to school and feeling much more of an inner calm in the classroom. Returning to the breath--not forcing it--has been a way for me to to be calmer and more attentive to students in the school, to be more present in my relationships.

The other day I listened to the recordings because I was very stressed out. At the same time my disabled Golden Retriever swam in a local pond. She can't walk, but she can swim. I had one of those transcendental states; the plays of light, the various ripples on the water, the diaphanous blue sky, the comfort of her exercise. Then, Erica's voice began to resonate at a slower tempo and my skin tingled in relaxation. It was magical. Returning to the car, I turned on the radio and music was much more vibrant as well.

Mindfulness Meditation is not aiming for a "state of mind", but I certainly achieved this.
