Album Notes
"The first song on this album is a song I wrote early summer 2009. Newly acquainted with Facebook, I was enjoying the more frequent contact between friends and family. But when my sister-in law came to visit last April, I realized how nice it was to see the smile and enjoy the actual company of friends and family, thus giving me the inspiration to write the song Coffee & Tea. The song ended up giving me the idea to name the album by the same, and feature fun whimsical jazz melodies you might hear in a coffee house atmosphere. Included are two other songs I wrote, one titled Inside it’s Heaven, a jazzy romantic tune, which I wrote for a dear friend of mine who had recently found the love of her life. The third original song of mine is titled Thirteen:Seven, with lyrics ripped from the NIV version of I Cor. 13:7, emphasizing the truth that above all else in life we can depend on the fact that love never fails."
