Album Notes
Lee Bartley is a graduate of Denver University with a degree in music theory and composition. He is a Colorado native with extensive studies in both classical and jazz piano. From 1981 to 1997 he was principal composer and keyboardist for the classical jazz group, “Images,” with six national releases, including CDs for both Capitol Records, and MCA Universal Masterseries..

Both his first solo CD, “Adrift in Time,” and his newest solo CD, “A View From Above,” are diverse collections of original songs, rich in harmony and technique, with a refreshing emphasis on melody.
