ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Roaring out of the 1980s,Leroy Airmaster returns with a new CD and several club & festival appearances.
Steve Cohen ,an innovative harmonica player and singer, and Bill Stone ,an accomplished guitarist and singer, have once again teamed up with powerhouse drummer Vodie Rhinehart . All 3 are originals members of Leroy Airmaster . Having enlisted solid veteran bassist Kurt Koenig, Leroy has re-entered the music marketplace in the new millennium.
Know in the 1980’s for their progressive arrangements and jazz influenced soloing on traditional blues songs, as well as quirky originals, the band took a break for the next 17 years, only to return sounding as fresh and original as ever.
Leroy Airmaster opened for Siegel-Schwall in October 2009 and the Radiators in March 2010 at Turner Hall Ballroom in Milwaukee, and recorded those sets. Engineer Steve Hamilton captured the energy and undeniable musical skills with fine audio quality. This became the CD: Leroy Airmaster-Live At Turner Hall.
After publishing 4 recordings on vinyl and cassette in the 1980’s,a Leroy Airmaster CD is finally available, containing many of the groups most popular songs.Steve Cohen-harmonica and vocals,Bill Stone-guitar and vocals,Vodie Rhinehart-drums,and either Kurt Koenig or Dave Kasik-bass.
