ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Sun Sessions CD....
"Marty Allen just maybe Canada's best kept rockabilly secret. The Sun Sessions is His 5th (yes 5th) album and it is His Best recording so far. Hi-Lites include "Find Me A Women", "I got a dog" and "Don't write Me no letter". With 8 songs (3 covers) this is a very strong disc from the opening needledrop to the very end song "Riding these rails". Old School enough to keep the purist happy and mordern enough for everyone else of old school rock n roll. Hopefully this disc get's Marty Allen and the Cadillac Cowboy's the just notice in the rockabilly community."

Great fr#$ing record man. Pure ROCK-A-BILLY! Great song selection and
Dave did some amazing geetar work on that. Graphics look real hi
quality too.
I'll be adding that to my I-POD playlist.
Thanks so much for the CD and good luck with it. I have one or two of
your other CD's and they're great, but this has a real raw edge to
it. And I love that. When it comes to woodwork or music, my saying
has always been "Leave some of the bark on".
Stay well,
Wendell Ferguson (C.C.M.A. guitar player of the year)
