ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
You must listen to this wonderful pennywhistle music that makes you want to get up and dance. The album is great for young
and older audience. The music is catchy, sounds so soulful. Every song is is different from each other. You will find yourself
whistling along to the skillfully performed pennywhistle songs and the exhilarating mix of the many rhythms and styles from
around the world.

The pennywhistle blowing technique used to obtain the sound and the tone is completely different and can not be compared
to any previously recorded traditional Irish pennywhistle music.I recorded all the songs utilizing the pennywhistle blowing technique
that originated from South Africa and developed by young South African pennywhistle artist back in the nineteen fifties and sixties
and died off in the nineteen seventies. All the music in this album is centered on the pennywhistle.
