TFTW rocks!
Hey Jevin, sorry it took so long for me to write a review. This album is excellent! Jevin is killer on guitar, and the lyrics are amazing. My favorite song is From The Rising Of the Sun. If you love this album as much as me, you should check out their debut album Progression, which also rocks! Hope to see you guys live again soon.

Jammin Good Time...Get Yourself A Copy!
This CD is excellent, its obvious that there has been some great PROGRESSION from the last. The lyrics are deep and the music is great. I hate to call the music catchy because that doesnt really describe it very well.... but thats what it is. Once you hear the CD, you'd be inclined to let it play over and over again its just that good. I hope Too Far To Walk can keep putting out Cds like this one.

For Rock Fans Everywhere
Well I'm quite happy to get a copy of the new cd! I had a long drive on Sunday and was able to listen to the album a few times over. But before I give my review, I thought I might give a little history to add some depth.

TFTW has come quite a long way thru the years. I've seen quite a bit. For those of you that know some history, TFTW has had other names and other members throughout the years, and if you haven't guessed yet, I was one of those members. I've had the privilege of playing on many songs and singing some of the early songs Jevin Wade had written and the pleasure of writing several songs with him. With this being said, I think the songs on Second Wind are some of the best I've heard yet!!! You can tell that Jevin's writing has matured quite a bit through the years. The quality of the recording was excellent. I think Tyler has really captured the right sound of his drums, and Greg's bass seems much more soulful than any other time I've heard him play. Plank and Waiting up are my favorites, although I enjoy the whole thing beginning to end. Overall the songs are very melodic and strong. Smiling People is a tribute to Jevin's excellent playing skills. (everyone always places the importance on the guitar solos with guitar players, but in this case this song highlights his skills) Leading directly in to the best slow song on the album...the lightning.... Initiative has the hard edge that is signature TFTW. And of course when Jevin's ' thinking out loud' you end up with a great song to conclude this great piece of work. For those of you that don’t even know who Too Far To Walk are, my suggestion to you is take a chance on this album and you won’t be disappointed. Do you like hard rock? Do you love to hear awesome guitar players like Clapton, Page, EVH, SRV? Do you love to air drum with drummers like Neal Pert, Phil Collins (Genesis Dayz)? Or Perhaps you love the rough edge of some of the new popular bands, like Franz Ferdinand, Killers, or Maroon 5? Try TFTW… Within hours of listening, you will soon be classing them with up with those artists, and telling others how TFTW is your new favorite band! Enjoy!

So my conclusion is..... Second Wind is a must have album for any style Rock fan.
