Album Notes
“Move On” is Ulli Buth’s debut EP featuring an inspired collection of songs influenced by some of her favorite artists singer/songwriters ranging from Alison Krauss, Crooked Still and Gillian Welch to Tori Amos and Antje Duvekot as well as other contemporary acoustic music influences from the Western World.

Self-produced along with Simon Rick and recorded by Julian Strauch in the intimate setting of a living room in Hamburg-Halstenbek, this album captures the uniquely soulful sound of Ulli Buth's music that will make its way straight to your heart.  Her sweetly unadorned, clear voice, floats above her meticulous arrangements featuring guitar, fiddle and mandolin—conveying her songs with haunting melodies and authentic lyrics that portray life experiences in the most thoughtful and nuanced way, inviting the listener into their own memories and resonating with a wide range of musical tastes.

Ulli Buth’s music casts a spell, and after hearing “Move On,” you'll yearn for a full-length album by this exceptionally promising singer-songwriter.
