ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
She never thought this would happen for her...but Wendy Lynn Snider had a dream. Although in her mid-fourties, she has proven that "never say never" is something you shouldn't do. Wendy's husband Curtt, after meeting her in January, 2008, and hearing her sing realized that she has a very distinctive sound and one that should not be ignored. They married in August 2008 and it has been quite a ride since. Already having written two of the songs on this album, Wendy began colaborating with Curtt and together they penned six more tunes.

The album is a reflection of their life together. "Online Flower" is a fun loving song about how Curtt and Wendy met. "Fading Drum" is a soulful and serious song about what addiction can mean to some and the fears it brings to their lives. "Rag Me To The Bone" is about pet peeves. While she tries not to be judgmental, Wendy laughs saying that there were just too many pet peeves of hers to put in the song. "Yesterday & You" is a song Wendy wrote after the passing of her dad. She still gets very emotional when singing it. "Before There Was You" represents Wendy's life before she accepted Christ as her personal Saviour, although people have told her that it is a "beautiful love song" as well. "Pearly Gates of Nashville" was inspired by Curtt's frustrations on 'doors being shut' and wondering "how long would it take before Wendy gets the attention she deserves"? "Country Mum" was a song written by Curtt and Wendy after they took a cross Canada trip on Curtt's Harley, and how sad it is when some poeple are given such great talents and gifts and lose it all because of egotism, selfishness and pride, not recognizing that we are all the same in this world. "Live My Life Without" is a song penned by Wendy and really deals with her love for Christ and for Curtt. The final original song on the album is "Life Is Good". This song says it all about Wendy & Curtt's life together and the joy they have found in one another.

The final 3 cover's on the album are songs that Wendy has always loved and was so happy when it was decided they would be put on the album.

This album is a heart-felt, fun, happy and "catchy" album which we know you will all enjoy!! Buy yours today !!
