Album Notes
From Bach to Korngold, The Exquisite Hour is exactly that: an exquisite hour of music. Famous pieces such as Salut d'amour are paired with lesser-known works such as Korngold's Garden Scene, with a few vocal works transcribed for violin as well. The great Meditation from Thais is sure to be a favorite. Violinist Adam LaMotte sings with gorgeous tone throughout, with a great painter's palette of colors. Supported by pianist Janet Coleman, who also arranged the title track, the duo is perfectly matched, creating a ambience of romance, reflection, and inspiration.

Truly truly thrilling!
Guess what! I have only listened to the previews and I know that I will be purchasing this for myself, my friends and
patients I work with. Relaxing, beautifully executed lines. A true connection of musical souls in the duo!
Violin and piano at their best. Thank you!
