Album Notes
Move of God is one song that is being released from an album that Adam had been working on for two years. It is the first of 10 songs that are going to be released strategically until the entire album comes out. Move of God was birthed from Adam's heart cry. One night, during a Thanksgiving trip to Louisiana, Adam sat on his grandmother's front porch at about 9:00 pm the night they were supposed to head back to Memphis, Tennessee the next morning.

This was during a period of going through what seemed like a dry season in his walk with God. He had not been able to pray like he used to due to his new job schedule and he had been struggling with his zeal for God, so this night of personal worship time was just what he needed. He worshipped God with his guitar to songs that he had on his phone, and got into God's Presence very strongly. In the midst of this experience, God gave him bits and pieces of this song at the end of his worship session and he recorded the words and guitar strums on his phone. When he got back home to Memphis the next day, he put the pieces of this song together and it became a full song.

The words "Mountain Crumbling, Stronghold Breaking, Undistracted Devotion" became the ringer and the anthem of this song due to Adam's unrelenting desire to be in the Presence of God. The words of the bridge "Lord, I'm thirsty for your rain, Fill my life again" are Adam's favorite words and favorite part of the song.

It was a song unlike any other that Adam had ever wrote before. It was beautiful. It was real. It was RAW. So Adam added this song to his list of songs that he was planning for the album that he named after this song. Move of God is a longing for the Move of God in one's life.

As you listen to this worship experience, take a lesson from it to stick close to God no matter how far away you may feel from Him. God's desire is for your heart to desire Him. If you are unsure about your faith, seek God and you will find Him. Only He can meet your needs and your deepest desires. He knows you and He loves you. Allow this song to minister to your heart and God will reveal Himself to you!
