Breathe, move and sing with master voice teacher, Ahdda Shur, as she guides you in some of her powerfully effective warm-ups. Ahdda guides you to quickly "enter the zone" with her unique Bel Canto with VOGA™ voiceyoga for peak performances warm-ups.

Simply sit, listen and repeat as you feel your voice, breath and posture wake up and release daily stress. This CD is designed for singers and non-singers alike, no musical training required. Doing these warm-ups daily, will improve your vocal tone, and help you to release daily stress that interferes with optimum vocal tone and breathing.

General guidelines: practice these warm-ups in the order of the CD. Track #2 is essential! Follow along as Ahdda takes you on a relaxing guided meditation on breathing and tone. Tracks #3 and #4 can be done right after. Tracks for women, should be used by female singers only, and tracks for men, by male singers only. These warm-ups can be done alone or combined with traditional scales and vocalizes.

VOGA™ voiceyoga for peak performances warm-ups are short so you can do them daily at home. Please don't do them in the car, as they are intended to relax you and help you enter a heightened state of awareness.

NOTE: This CD creates best results when used by students studying privately Ahdda Shur.
