ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
After many years of mutual admiration, Anna Homler (voice/toys/percussion) and Steuart Liebig (contrabassguitars/applied tools and technology) joined together to make music. The result is a marriage of high- and low-tech strategies where noise, subtlety, damage, silence and humor all coexist.

Resembling sonic postcards from a variety of worlds, the duo’s improvisations encompass anything from small vignettes to on-the-fly song structures to epic soundscapes; moments of fragile beauty can be followed by whimsical “folk songs” . . . or industrial-strength future-primitive gestures.
