Album Notes
'Sketches from tomorrow' is the second album of the Air Signs Trilogy.
The first chapter ("Air Signs" - 2010) describes the world as a duality of spirit and matter, talking about the external perceptions of the man at the beginning of his journey.
In this work, the man and his own mind are the the crucial point: the "Sketches" are frames, confused images from a dream ("from tomorrow") that describe the interior experience of man looking for himself.
The choice of three different sounds and three different inner mixes in the same album (there are three groups of three songs each) represents the apparent chaos of the introspective path and the spiritual conception of man according to many esoteric currents, which recognize three parts: body, soul and spirit.
Every song has a precise role inside its own group and in all the album.

The first trilogy talks about the past and the body.
"Air" describes the air hunger, the delusion of the man suffocated.
It's the initial shock that gives start to the transformation.

"Irrational" brings the rebel man over his own superficial mind and his everyday beliefs, through a higher dimension of his thought.

"Red Dragon" represents the deep catharsis inspired by the powerful elemental spirit of fire. Only the man purified can see over the veil.

The second group of tracks is the trilogy of the future and the soul.

"Tomorrow" talks about the projection toward the self-realization, toward the real purpose, with strength and wisdom, inspired by the signs.

"March" is the awakening of collective consciousness, all together against the apocalypse of materialism.

"7even": once the balance in the world is restored, it's time to continue the journey through an higher reality, improving to comprehend the divine essence of the world.

The last three songs make up the trilogy of the present and the spirit.

"Pagan Prayer" is a dark Balkan Sabbath, asking the question "where's the spiritual wisdom on Earth?"; its a rude critical to the idolatry propagated by church authorities and an invitation to open our mind.

"White Spring": once we give up all the lies, we're ready to fly and finally see our spiritual being, joined to the sky and a superior, white energy.

"The colors of sound" is the synthesis between sky and earth: we land in a glade which welcomes us and we understand that we can cultivate the relationship with the divine in the nature.

At the end of the album, we finally fall asleep, "whispering sweet drops of sound", ready for a new birth.

The final Air Signs journey is expected for 2012.
