ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Alan has been playing guitar ever since the Beatles came to town and writing songs ever since he took his first train ride away from home.
Alan’s songs are light-hearted, energetic, relaxed and range from folk, to country, to bossa nova. His musical influences include Bob Dylan, James Taylor, and the magical interchange that comes from countless jam sessions over 30 years with the Soul Honkies.
Other musicians on this CD: Noah Peterson, soprano sax; David Irwin, guitar and vocals; Jon Lindahl, lead guitar, sound engineer and owner of Fresh Tracks studio in Portland, Oregon; Roberto Lombardi, bass; Valeria Vincent, shaker.
