ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is the solo outing from Razorbills frontman Alan McClure. Too prolific for one band, Alan selected eleven of his more personal recent songs, packed them in a rucksack and travelled to Hull where many of the Earth's finest musicians can be found. In the space of three days, with the expert guidance of Dave Gawthorpe, Andy Swift, Mark Knight and Paddy Tobin, lyrics and chords were turned into actual music and recorded live and raw at Mountain Sound Studios. Guest appearances from Pete Jack and Frankie Banham further enhanced the sound and a unique, immediate and eclectic album popped into existence.
