ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Alejandro is 9 and has been writing and recording for years. These songs resulted from a songwriting class given by his Dad. Taking public domain poems from Robert Louis Stevenson, Alejandro wrote the melodies and harmonies. Dad produced and played all the background instruments and his fellow classmates Zach Thompson and Stella Mahler sang backup vocals. These songs were recorded between November 2010 and October 2011 with the exception of Happy Thoughts, which was recorded when Alejandro was 5 and just learning to read!

The music is fun, fresh, innocent and full of happiness drawing from folk, country and bluegrass. Enjoy!
