Calm inspiration
I find this CD a wonderful background to writing, having first encountered it at a book planning retreat organised by the Book Midwife, Mindy Gibbins-Klein. It transports me to a calm, relaxing, creative and inspiring space for my writing. I'm sure I would find it equally inspiring for carrying out any other creative or relaxation process.
