Album Notes
“Alex Walsh makes music the old-fashioned way -- warm and witty and straight from the heart.”
- Joel Selvin, San Francisco Chronicle

Alex Walsh is a singer-songwriter whose witty folk-rock originals are accentuated by his blues inspired guitar and heart-felt voice. With five recordings released over the last decade, Walsh has a dedicated following. His most recent release, The Amazing Beautiful, includes favorites like Lady Bug, Let Yourself Shine and Froggy In The Road. A practicing buddhist, the artist adds a fresh take on timeless ideas on tunes like Eternity and Karma Crush. "I want the people to have a good time. Laugh, cry -- to be moved in some way, to be happy," says Walsh, who also encourages fans to sing along and dance if they wish. He has been inspiring audiences from New York to San Francisco, Europe and beyond.
