Album Notes
Alice can take some comments on love, and make you love in that moment.

She can make some comments on pain and hurt, put some sharp wit and a fun groove to it - and help you remember that you can rely on yourself to get through.

But overall, people look to rock & roll to take them away from the chores and work of their lives - to escape, have fun, find joy, understand emotions, feel...

The Alice Project delivers on all levels.

Alice makes lyric and melodic driven acoustic/alternative/indie rock that will connect with lovers of Carole King, Aimee Mann, Suzanne Vega, Jill Sobule and John Lennon. Songs about faith, armchair warriors, love, botox, and regifting are neatly wrapped in masterful instrumentation. Alice is outspoken, funny...a master story teller...and extremely honest.

My interview with Alice
The new CD is well worth a good listen and every song is great.
Do yourself a favor and buy it today. ENJOY!

Great songwriting and better quality than most commercial releases.
I bought this disk because after seeing the band live at Ivy Inn, in Princeton, NJ, I felt sorry for them. The bass player was giving me some sob story about how the band all lived together in a tiny, cramped apartment, etc, etc. After playing the disk a couple of times, it has become one of my favorite albums. Alice's voice is hauntingly beautiful, and her lyric writing makes my brain go into overdrive. The performances and production are truly top-notch, especially for an indie release. I defy anyone to listen to "We Will Love You" and not be moved. Buy it!
