ABOUT THIS ALBUM


Album Notes
These meditations were created from personal and professional experiences and observations while teaching and practicing yoga for over the last two decades. It takes 21 days to change a habit and 42 days to make a lasting lifestyle or pattern shift. Each day we start with a centering meditation, a breathing exercise and then contemplation or theme for the day. The idea is to take about 13 - 15 minutes per day to focus on something beneficial, reflective and encouraging.

Each day begins in a similar style to cultivate consistency and develop the repetition to use the exercises as a habit.

Those who have practiced this program have found they have enjoyed experiencing an availability for more empathy in their personal and professional relationships and that they've felt confirmed that their life has led them in the right direction. The music is soothing, and the tone of voice is grounded and calm.

The program is best experienced sitting or lying down and not while driving or operating heavy machinery. Background music is " Etherea" composed by Christopher Lloyd Clarke and Licensed from Enlightened Audio
