Album Notes
One neat Double Album download package. It contains the two albums 'Freeway' (songwriter ver.) and 'Freeway - The Remixes' (EDM +).

This is a dynamic mix and a curious deal because sonically the albums are very different. However, any music collector might agree they belong together. They source the same root demos and were created and developed over the same period of time.

The Songwriter tracks have a forefront vocal leading a varied, quite mercurial, set. Genres: indie-pop, electro-acoustic, art-rock, americana, experimental, dream pop, storytelling, ballad, atmospheric, electronic, R & B, house, folktronica, orchestral folk-rock; with orchestrations bearing elements of soundtrack and film-musical.

The Remixes tracks are the Producer’s Cut - intermittent military-esque verve included. Jigsaw snips of vocals woven into EDM. While owning its own brand of sonic diversity, the beats and arrangements echo the heart and passion of the songwriter tracks. Genres: progressive trance, house, techno; alternative dance, trip hop, R & B, jazz; downtempo, ambient, electronica.

Reviews bravely appreciated! Feedback is of all sorts of great value...even simply one line. Many thanks.

Music Produced and Mastered by Paul Baggott

Huge debt of gratitude and special thanks to Producer Paul Baggott. To my brother Stephen for his poem ‘Sipping Pensacola Mississippi in Mind’ the lyrical origin for track Freeway (and Free Dance). To Brandon Welch for his gift of an amazing piano slap. To Paul Fleming and Mike Serrano for use of their delightfully impromptu telephone conversation. To Paul ‘Buzzy’ Bosomworth for a precious cornet performance. Heartfelt thanks to longtime writing partner (Composer/Producer/Guitarist) Tony Lowe, for ever lending a keen ear. Thanks to all the great people who assisted in the creation of these two albums - and now there are three!
