"The new king of Indian classical violin" - The Times of India

Ambi started learning the Indian violin from his father, the legendary Dr. L. Subramaniam at the age of three and started performing at the age of six. He effortlessly traverses genres as he plays South Indian (carnatic) classical music, western classical music and fusion. He tours around the world often playing carnatic music. Ambi has received the Rotary Youth Award and the Ritz Icon of the Year Award.

Ambi endorses Realist violins and D'Addario strings.

He is accompanied by Pt. Patri Satish Kumar on the Mridangam and Pt. Tanmoy Bose on the Tabla.
