Album Notes
American Dictionary is an independent rock and roll band from New Jersey. Comprised of brothers Ben, Dan and Dave, AD started making music together as kids growing up in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia. The internet plays an integral part in their creative process. Tracks have been written and recorded in multiple cities from Austin, TX, to southern Maine to Seattle, WA, and exchanged via the web as Dave (guitar, vocals) is itinerant while Ben (drums) and Dan (Bass) are in New Jersey.
Drawing on inspiration from an array of American culture and the roads between destinations, AD’s songs tell ice-berg style stories of love, growth, light and darkness sung over rock guitar, moving bass and witty drums.
