Album Notes
Among The Blind is a group of seasoned pro musicians who have come together to create the kind of music they would like to listen and dance to. The songs are as diverse as the members of the band. Many genres are represented on this album. Long Time Coming, Good Times and Wanted Man demonstrate Irishman Billy Higgins (lead singer) Celtic roots. Don't Come Crawling has a cool reggae groove and I Got The Feeling and I Ain't Waiting are right out of the R&B song book.
All the songs have great grooves, hooks and some interesting, challenging lyrics. You'll be happy to sing and dance along with this material and, if you're in the mood get heavy with the meaning and moods of the lyrics.
If you're tired of buying an album with only one or two good tracks don't despair Long Time is here. There isn't a weak song on the album!
