ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Kurt & Tom come from a former Led Zeppelin Coverband "The Crunge" and made 2 Albums (Doubt & Magazine) with own songs together with their band "Golden Delicious".
In spring 2018 Kurt called Tom to make some accoustic stuff together, because the Golden Band took a time out so he had time.
The two met together at the Andorra Hall (their 1000 m2 rehearsal room, a former apple depot) for the first session.
As they play a lifetime together soon they discovered the right vibe for the songs.
Looped rhytm, crooked beats and improvisation was the key.
It took time to find the "sweet" spot for the best sound. Specially for the percussion.
They amplified percussion in the room, in the hall, in every angle.
Finally the best way was when percussion is played in the hall to give a great natural reverb.
The guitar amp was placed in the door frame (5 feet high) and looked out in the hall.
As a test they recorded the sessions with a smartphone in lack of recording tools.
The first shots where so incredible that they continued with that. (never say to your mastering engineer that you did so :-)

So the the songs of this album where recorded live from april to december 2018 and edited by Kurt. (much silly talking and other had to be cut :-)
This is music to listen with patience and attention for the details to the sound.
We hope you enjoy these songs like we do...even after a hundred times of continuous listen.
