Album Notes
"Parlor Tricks" was inspired by the deep connection forged over time between a performer and the music used to entertain and, hopefully, inspire many different kinds of audiences. Classical guitar music of this sort does not belong in a museum - it has a life both inside and outside of the concert hall. Come as you are and allow yourself to be transported.

Andrew McEvoy is a guitarist, teacher, and arts advocate from Richmond, Virginia. He travels the mid-Atlantic United States attending to an array of musical tasks – these include work as a concert artist, adjunct faculty and event professional. While at home in Richmond, Andrew is active in the cultural and musical life of the city through his work with Classical Revolution RVA.

"Parlor Tricks" was recorded July 2016 – January 2017 at Aquia Church (Stafford, Virginia). Produced by Andrew McEvoy. Engineered and mixed by Zach Fichter. Mastered by Carlos Chafin, In Your Ear Studios (Richmond, Virginia). Album Art by Natalie Quick. Special thanks to Jay Morris, Roland Karnatz, and Longwood University.
