ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
These songs were downloaded from Spirit as I spent time listening to the sea, the land, the stories of the trees and the elements. White Horses was written after spending 3 hours in a sea cave on the Isle of Iona and tells the story of Manannan Mac Lir making love to the land. Poetry of Life of was written at Tree Root Hill part of the Avebury stone circle and shares the story of the sacredness of all life. The Morrighan was written on the Isle of Arran as I sat on a burial chamber by the sea and is a transmutation song. Each of these songs are multi-faceted and offer the listeners an opportunity to sink into the medicine weaved in this magical journey of transformation, renewal and rebirth. Songs to learn and sing to the elements. Songs to empower and shine beauty, love, freedom and creativity into the worlds. Séa.
