Album Notes
All of these songs were written during my ongoing resistance to oil pipelines crawling through Ojibwe territories in Northern Minnesota. The songs speak to the issue of corporate greed and how money buys access to authority. I play acoustic guitar and piano. The music is written simply, using three to four chords. Nothing fancy. I am inspired by the people in the resistance. I am empowered by the my grandsons.
